Mutant Enemy Productions is an American production company founded in 1996 by Joss Whedon in Los Angeles. It produced Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel, and later Firefly and Dollhouse. The company also produced Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, the film The Cabin in the Woods, and the TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (with ABC Studios and Marvel Television). More recently, Mutant Enemy produced The Nevers for HBO.

The company’s offices were on the 20th Century Fox lot in Los Angeles and were closed not long after Angel was cancelled.

The name Mutant Enemy comes from a line in the Yes song And You and I, a band Whedon admires. Whedon has said he also used the term to refer to his typewriter.

Mutant Enemy’s end-credits logo is a simple, poorly animated vampire monster saying "Grr. Argh." and was drawn and voiced by Whedon. The logo appears in Buffy-related material and has been parodied, such as on Robot Chicken. For The Nevers, the logo was replaced with a different end-credits image featuring a typewriter with the company name.

Staff members behind Mutant Enemy include writers and producers who worked on these projects.
