Mr Egg

Mr Egg, born James Matthew McDonald on 7 January 1959 in Inverness, Scotland, is a musician regarded as a founder of UK Acid House. He played bass in punk bands The Cunts and The Fakes, then formed the group Egebamyasi in 1984, naming it after Can's third album, Ege Bamyasi, with influences from Can and Captain Beefheart.
