Mostafa Mokri (December 6, 1921 – January 3, 2005) was an Iranian footballer and later a prominent football administrator. He spent most of his playing career with Toufan, from 1940 to 1944, and helped the team compete for the Tehran League title against Daraei. He won the Tehran League in 1944 and was selected for the Tehran XI.

Mokri became a key figure in Iranian football administration. He served as chairman of the Iran Football Federation twice: from 1958 to 1960, when he created the Iranian Regional Cup, the first league that included teams from across Iran; and from 1967 to 1972, during which Iran won the Asian Cup twice. Masoud Boroumand was his deputy during this period. He was also chairman of Persepolis F.C. from 1975 to 1979, until the Islamic Revolution.

After leaving football, Mokri studied physical education in France and married a French woman; his wife died in 1993.

Mokri died in Tehran in 2005 at age 83.
