Cnemaspis punctatonuchalis, also known as the spotted-neck rock gecko, is a gecko species found only in central Thailand. It belongs to the family Gekkonidae in the genus Cnemaspis. The species was described in 2010 by Grismer, Sumontha, Cota, Grismer, Wood, Pauwels & Kunya. Its conservation status is Least Concern according to the IUCN Red List (IUCN 3.1).
