Mortgage arrangement fee
Mortgage arrangement fee, also called completion fee or mortgage product fee, is a charge from some lenders. It covers administration and the reserving of funds for fixed-rate or discounted-rate mortgages. The fee may be paid upfront, added to the loan, or deducted from the amount the lender advances. It is typically about 0.5% to 1% of the loan amount.
