Modafiendz
Modafiendz is a chemical related to the wakefulness-promoting drug modafinil. It is also called N-methyl-4,4-difluoromodafinil or N-methylbisfluoromodafinil. It was never sold as a medicine, but people online sometimes use it as a nootropic to try to boost alertness.
Chemically, modafiendz is the N-methyl and bis-fluoro version of modafinil. It is also the N-methyl counterpart of related drugs like flmodafinil and fladrafinil.
How it works: Modafinil and many of its related drugs are thought to help wakefulness by blocking the brain’s dopamine reuptake, which can help you stay awake. The exact effects and safety of modafiendz are not fully established.
Regulatory status: Modafiendz does not have medical approval, and its safety and effectiveness are not proven. Using it without medical supervision carries unknown risks.
