Miss Grand Slovakia is Slovakia's national beauty pageant that sends a representative to Miss Grand International. It began in 2013 when Ján Oklamčák obtained the license and appointed Denisa Paseciaková to compete in Miss Grand International in Thailand, where she finished as the 2nd runner-up — Slovakia's best result so far. In 2014 the representative was again appointed by the same licensee.

From 2015 to 2017 the license was held by Annamária Kósa, founder of Felvidék Szépe, and the Miss Grand Slovakia spot was decided through that pageant. The national contest was dissolved in 2018, and Slovakia has not had a Miss Grand Slovakia license holder since.

Currently, Katarína Ficelová is the national director (2025) and Black & White Productions is the parent organization. The pageant has connections to Felvidék Szépe (2015–2017) and Oklamčák Production (2013–2014). Official languages are Slovak and Hungarian, and the pageant is based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
