Mirai by Nirman
Mirai by Nirman is a 138-meter-tall commercial high-rise currently under construction in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The 30-storey building is located in the Tejgaon Industrial Area near Hatirjheel Lake and is being developed by Nirman International, a Dhaka-based real estate firm. Construction is planned to be completed in the summer of 2027.
Finnish architecture firm ARCO designed Mirai. The tower includes five underground parking levels and has a floor area of 11,600 square feet. It will be LEED Gold certified and will use a double-glazed façade for energy efficiency, with building work carried out using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
The name Mirai means "future" in Japanese, reflecting its aim to bring the industry into the future with futuristic design, technology, and aesthetics.
