The Ministry of Transport is a federal cabinet ministry in Brazil. It sets rules and guides policies for transport across roads, railways, ports, and aviation, and it advises the President on transport matters.

Recent history
It was first established in 1992 during the presidency of Fernando Collor de Mello. It was dissolved on 1 January 2019 under Jair Bolsonaro and merged into the Ministry of Infrastructure. The ministry was re-created on 1 January 2023 by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, separating from the Ministry of Infrastructure into the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Ports and Airports. The first minister to take office after the 2023 re-creation was Renan Filho.
