Milan Ribar (21 November 1930 – 26 May 1996) was a Bosnian football player and manager. He was born in Sarajevo and played as a defender. Ribar spent two spells with his hometown club Željezničar (1950–1953 and 1956–1960), with a period at Borac Banja Luka (1953–1956) in between. He made 65 league appearances for Željezničar and scored 2 goals. He was known for playing very aggressively.

As a coach, Ribar had a long career. He managed Željezničar from 1967 to 1976 and was co-manager of Yugoslavia from 1973 to 1974. He later coached Iraklis, AEL, Čelik Zenica, Spartak Subotica, Šibenik, Sarıyer, Zeytinburnuspor, and returned to Željezničar (1991–1992). He is the only Željezničar manager to win the Yugoslav First League, guiding the team to the title in the 1971–72 season. He also holds the club record for the most matches as a manager, with 367.

Ribar died in Zagreb, Croatia, and is buried at Bare Cemetery in Sarajevo.
