Allan Arigoni
Allan Arigoni (born 4 November 1998) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Grasshopper Club Zurich in the Swiss Super League. He was born in Zurich, Switzerland, to a Ticinese father and a Jamaican mother, and has represented Switzerland at youth levels.
Arigoni began his career with Grasshopper, signing a professional contract in August 2017. He made his first-team debut on 25 February 2018 in a 1-0 win against FC Zürich. He stayed with Grasshopper through their 2019 relegation and helped them win promotion back to the top flight in 2021, remaining a regular starter after promotion. After the 2021–22 season, he left Grasshopper.
On 22 June 2022, Arigoni signed a three-year deal with Lugano. In January 2024, he was loaned to MLS side Chicago Fire for the 2024 season, playing 28 league games and scoring once. Chicago Fire did not qualify for the playoffs and did not exercise the option on his contract, so he returned to Lugano on 1 January 2025.
On 30 June 2025, Arigoni joined Grasshopper on a free transfer, signing a two-year contract with an option for a third year.
Internationally, Arigoni has represented Switzerland at the U18, U19 and U20 levels.
