Miki Victoria Sudo (born July 23, 1985) is an American competitive eater from New York. Her father is Japanese and her mother is European American. When she was five, she moved to Japan and lived there for seven years before returning to the United States.

She began competitive eating in 2013, winning a pho contest, and quickly rose in the ranks. In 2014 she became Major League Eating's top-ranked woman, and by 2015 she was among the top three overall.

Sudo has dominated the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest women’s division, winning 11 straight titles from 2014 through 2025 (she did not compete in 2021 due to pregnancy) and setting the women’s record with 51 hot dogs in 2024. She also holds four world records in Kimchi, Hotdish, ice cream, and the women’s hot dog record.

She has been with fellow eater Nick Wehry since 2018. In January 2021, the couple announced they were expecting their first child, so Sudo skipped the 2021 Nathan's contest. They were engaged in April 2021 and married in 2022. They have one child, Max. Sudo has also served as a commentator for Nathan’s event on ESPN.
