Hefin O'Hare (born 2 June 1979) is a Welsh-born former rugby player who played both union and league football. He was born in Wrexham, Wales.

He started his career in rugby union with Leeds Carnegie, where he played from 1997 to 1999. He then switched to rugby league and played for Leeds Rhinos (1999–2000) and Huddersfield Giants (2000–2005). He represented Wales in rugby league and played in the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.

O'Hare returned to rugby union in 2005 with Glasgow Warriors, where he stayed until 2011, making 121 appearances and scoring about 100 points. During his union career he also played for Edinburgh Academicals (2008–09) and Dundee HSFP (2009–11), and later for Glasgow Hutchesons Aloysians.

Although born in Wales, O'Hare qualified to play rugby union for Scotland after completing his residency, and he also represented Scotland in rugby sevens.

After finishing his professional playing career, he became a Chartered Building Surveyor in Edinburgh and is known for doing charity work.
