Issele-Uku is a town in Delta State, Nigeria. It is the headquarters of Aniocha North Local Government Area and the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Issele-Uku. The town has its own post office and is near the new Asaba International Airport. Its postcode is 320110.

The name Issele-Uku comes from Igbo, meaning “a superior big land.” The settlement dates back to before 1230 AD and still preserves a distinct Igbo dialect. The Iwa Ji festival is the town’s most important cultural event, marking the Igbo new year in the four-day week of Eke, Orie, Afor, and Nkwo. The traditional ruler is Obi Nduka (Obi Agbogidi).
