Wilderness (manga)
Wilderness is a Japanese action manga written and illustrated by Akihiro Ito. It began in Shogakukan’s seinen magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X on August 19, 2000. The series went on hiatus after the 68th chapter in June 2009 because Ito was ill and couldn’t draw with his right hand. After almost 12 years, Wilderness returned in May 2021 and finished on July 18, 2025. The chapters are collected into nine tankōbon volumes, released from September 19, 2001, to October 17, 2025.
