Microserica globulosa (described by Moser in 1915) is a small scarab beetle found in Myanmar and Thailand. Adults are about 4.3–5.1 mm long, with a broad, oval shape and a moderately convex back. They are usually black, rarely brown. The surface is dull and smooth, sometimes showing a greenish or coppery iridescent sheen, and is hairless except on the legs and the front part of the face (anterior labroclypeus).
