Meta-system
A metasystem (or meta-system) is a system that describes or analyzes other systems. It links the ideas of system and meta. Aurelio Peccei described a group of linked problems—environmental damage, poverty, health issues, urban decay, and crime—as a single, larger meta-problem, a meta-system of problems he called the problematic.
