Mehmet Soyuer
Mehmet Soyuer is an electrical engineer at IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, New York. In 2016, he was named a Fellow of the IEEE for his work on high-frequency integrated circuits used for clocking and communications.
