Megumi Kageyama (born 5 November 1992) is a Japanese field hockey goalkeeper who plays for the national team. She has represented Japan since 2017, earning 50 appearances. She is 1.72 meters tall and weighs 65 kilograms. Kageyama played at the 2018 Women's Hockey World Cup and has appeared in major Asian tournaments, including the 2016 Asian Champions Trophy in Singapore and the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta.
