Mauvin Heliodoro Godinho is an Indian politician from Goa. He has served as a member of the Goa Legislative Assembly for seven terms, representing the Dabolim constituency since 2012, and previously represented Cortalim. He began his career with the Indian National Congress (INC) and switched to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in December 2016. He won the 2017 assembly election from Dabolim with 7,234 votes and was inducted as a cabinet minister on April 12, 2017, later taking the Panchayat portfolio. He won again from Dabolim in the 2022 election on a BJP ticket and remains an incumbent cabinet minister in the Goa government as of March 2022.

Personal: Born Mauvin Heliodoro Godinho, he is Catholic. He is married to Maria Divina Godinho, a businesswoman, and they have three children, including a son named Macklean. He has sometimes described himself as more Hindu than Catholic, a stance critics have called political.
