The McInteer Villa is a historic house in Atchison, Kansas. It was built in 1889–1890 for John McInteer, an Irish immigrant who made his fortune selling harnesses and saddles. The villa has a Late Victorian design and sits on about 1.5 acres. After McInteer’s death, the house went to his second wife, whose brother was Judge Charles J. Conlon. Later, it was owned by Isabel Altus, a retired professional violinist described as eccentric. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (added March 26, 1975; reference number 75000707).
