Marshall Gelfand (December 14, 1927 – April 1, 2021) was an American music entrepreneur who founded an entertainment business management and accounting firm. The firm started as Gelfand, MacNow, Rennert and Feldman and later became Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville and London. He was the managing partner alongside Martin Feldman (who died in April 2020). They served as the main accountants and business managers for many famous musicians, including Bob Dylan and Neil Diamond. Feldman helped pioneer tour accounting, accompanying international artists on world tours starting in the early 1970s. Marshall Gelfand was honored by the 64th Annual Grammy Awards for his contributions.
