Marshall Diel & Myers
Marshall Diel & Myers Ltd. is a Bermuda law firm in Hamilton that focuses on litigation. The firm began as Marshall & Company in 1989, expanded in 2000 as Marshall Aicardi, and Diel & Myers was formed in 1998. The two firms merged in 2002 to become Marshall Diel & Myers, with founding partners Timothy Marshall, Georgia Marshall, Luciano Aicardi, Mark Diel, and Ronald Myers. From 2008 to 2010, the firm had a cooperative relationship with Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge. On September 2, 2011, Charter Corporate Services Ltd. (the corporate services arm) and Paragon Trust Ltd. (the trust company) were announced to be acquired by Bermuda Commercial Bank. In January 2012, the firm converted to a limited liability company and focused on litigation. It has several practice areas and, before selling its trust company, also specialized in trusts and estate planning.
