Tamás Sós (born 5 April 1954 in Eger, Hungary) is a Hungarian politician. He served as a member of the National Assembly (MP) from 2002 to 2014. From 2002 to 2010 he represented Pétervására in Heves County (Constituency II). From 2010 to 2014 he was an MP on the Heves County regional list for the Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP). Earlier in his career he was with the Hungarian Socialist Workers’ Party (MSZMP) before 1989 and was also part of the Hungarian Young Communist League (KISZ).

In 2014, during the campaign for the parliamentary election, Sós faced plagiarism allegations regarding his pedagogy PhD thesis. Eötvös Loránd University withdrew his doctoral title in April 2014.
