Mario Doyon
Mario Doyon (born August 27, 1968) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. Born in Quebec City, he was drafted 119th overall in 1986 by the Chicago Blackhawks. Doyon played 28 games in the NHL for the Chicago Blackhawks and the Quebec Nordiques between 1989 and 1991. The rest of his career, from 1988 to 2005, was spent in the minor leagues and in several European leagues. He stood 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighed 200 pounds, and shoots right. As a youth, he played in the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournaments in 1980 and 1981 with a team from Charlesbourg, Quebec City. During his career, he also played for teams including HC Bolzano, SCL Tigers, Kölner Haie, and Krefeld Pinguine.
