Marginella cleryi is a small sea snail in the margin snail family Marginellidae. The shell grows to about 9 mm in length and the species occurs in the marine waters off Senegal. It was first described in 1836 by Petit De La Saussaye. Scientific classification: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Mollusca; Class Gastropoda; Subclass Caenogastropoda; Order Neogastropoda; Family Marginellidae; Genus Marginella; Species Marginella cleryi. Synonyms include Marginella (Mordicamarginella) cleryi and Marginella cleryi (alternate representation).
