Lower Modi-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant is a small hydroelectric facility in Kusma, Parbat District, Nepal. It is a run-of-the-river plant that uses water from the Modi River to generate electricity. The plant is owned by United Modi Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. and has a capacity of 10 MW from two horizontal Francis turbines. It uses a gravity dam with a design flow of 26 cubic meters per second and a gross head of 50 meters, delivering about 61.01 gigawatt-hours of electricity each year.
