Marc George Pisciotta (born August 7, 1970) is a former American professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball from 1997 to 1999 for the Chicago Cubs and Kansas City Royals. Born in Edison, New Jersey, he bats and throws right-handed and stood 6 feet 2 inches tall.

As a 12-year-old in Marietta, Georgia, Pisciotta helped East Marietta National Little League win the 1983 Little League World Series with his fastball. He went on to George Walton Comprehensive High School and played college baseball at Georgia Tech. In 1990, he played summer baseball in the Cape Cod Baseball League for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox and was named an all-star.

The Pittsburgh Pirates drafted Pisciotta in the 19th round of the 1991 MLB draft. The Chicago Cubs claimed him off waivers after the 1996 season and he made his major league debut on June 30, 1997, with Chicago. He appeared in 24 games in 1997 and 43 games in 1998 for the Cubs. The Cubs released him before the 1999 season, and the Kansas City Royals picked him up. He played eight games for Kansas City in 1999, his final MLB season.
