Chiu Jeng-jiann (裘正健) is a Taiwanese engineer who has been the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology since May 20, 2016. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University in 1986 and a PhD in aeronautics and astrounautics from National Cheng Kung University in 1992. His PhD research studied how to calculate air flow in complex piping systems using advanced computer methods.
