Manouchehr Azmoun (September 29, 1930 – April 9, 1979) was an Iranian politician. He served as Minister of Labor and Social Affairs from September 1, 1973, to August 7, 1977, in the government of Amir-Abbas Hoveyda. He was then Governor of Fars Province from August 7, 1977, to August 27, 1978, under Jamshid Amouzegar. Later, he was Minister of State in charge of Parliament from August 27, 1978, to October 29, 1978, in Jafar Sharif-Emami’s cabinet. He was a member of the 24th National Assembly and held a PhD in Political Economy and Social Sciences from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Azmoun was arrested on November 7, 1978, by the Shah’s order and remained in prison until February 11, 1979, when Bakhtiar resigned; he was arrested again on February 13, 1979, by orders of Ayatollah Khomeini. He was charged with corruption and was executed by firing squad on April 9, 1979, in Qasr Prison, at the age of 48, along with several others, including Air Forces Chief Amir Hossein Rabii, a director of the IV Department of the Army Ali Mohammad Khajeh Nouri, and a police officer.
