Chase-Hubbard-Williams House is a historic stone house at 327 High Street in Lockport, New York. It was built in 1870 in the Italianate style, and around 1900 it was remodeled in the Colonial Revival style. In 1958, the property was bought by the Presbytery of Buffalo and Niagara and turned into a nursing home. It is one of about 75 stone houses still standing in Lockport. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 21, 2008, and it is part of the High and Locust Streets Historic District. The property covers about 1 acre.
