Irina Štork (born 7 April 1993 in Tallinn, Estonia) is a former Estonian ice dancer. She competed with partner Taavi Rand and they became four-time Estonian national champions. They earned international medals, including bronze at the 2013 Cup of Nice and silver at the 2013 Volvo Open Cup.

Štork began skating in 1997. Early in her career she skated with Alexei Trokhlev and Roman Zakharov. She teamed up with Rand in the 2004–05 season. They first competed on the ISU Junior Grand Prix circuit in 2006 and finished 22nd at the World Junior Championships in 2007 and again in 2008.

The pair briefly split and then reformed before the 2009–10 season. They made their senior international debut at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, finishing 23rd. In the following years they split their time between junior and senior events. In 2011 they were 21st at the European Championships and 10th at the World Junior Championships. In 2012 they placed 14th at Europeans, 11th at Worlds Junior, and 22nd at the World Championships.

In 2012–13 Štork and Rand won their first senior international medals—bronze at the Cup of Nice and silver at the Volvo Open Cup—and they finished 11th at the 2013 European Championships and 25th at the 2013 World Championships. Štork retired from competition in 2015.
