Lutherse Hofje
Lutherse Hofje is a small historic hofje (an old Dutch courtyard with houses) in Haarlem, Netherlands. It was founded by the Lutheran Church in 1615. At first, residents were members of the church; today the Lutheran Church only appoints the hofje’s board. The hofje is next to the Lutheran church and has a unique outdoor pulpit in the garden, from which the minister could speak to the women living there. It has five houses, making it the smallest hofje in Haarlem. Address: Witte Herenstraat 20.
