Lung Sheung (constituency)

Lung Sheung is one of the 25 constituencies of the Wong Tai Sin District Council in Hong Kong. It elects one district councillor every four years. The boundary roughly covers the Upper Wong Tai Sin Estate area. The constituency was created in 1999. In 2019, the population was about 19,508 with 12,438 registered voters.
