Los Ángeles de San Rafael is one of four towns in the municipality of El Espinar, in Spain. It is about 68 km northwest of Madrid and belongs to the province of Segovia in the autonomous community of Castile and León. The town sits on the western slopes of Cerro El Carlocho and the El Portachuelo hill. The Moros River runs along its western edge, and there is a dam near the Nayade area. It is the farthest of the four towns from the municipal headquarters of El Espinar.

The area began as a residential project in 1967, started by businessman Jesús Gil. Before that, the land was a country property named Finca El Carrascal. On 15 June 1967, an unfinished building collapsed, killing 58 people and injuring 150. Since then, the town expanded westward, with long streets following a main avenue from the entrance to near the dam.

The people here are called Angelenos or Angelenas. The time zone is CET (UTC+1) and in summer CEST (UTC+2). Postal codes are 40423 and 40424.
