Lewis Island is a small, rocky island in Antarctica. It rises to about 30 meters (100 feet) and marks the east side of the entrance to Davis Bay. The island is uninhabited and part of the Antarctic Treaty System. It sits at about 66°6′S 134°22′E. It was mapped from air photos taken during U.S. Navy Operation Highjump (1946–47) and named for James B. Lewis, a Passed Midshipman on the U.S. Exploring Expedition (1838–42) led by Charles Wilkes.
