Theo Cowan is a British actor from Bristol, England. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, graduating in 2014. Since then, he has performed in both television and theatre. On stage, he has appeared in Primetime at the Royal Court Theatre; The Absence of War with Headlong, directed by Jeremy Herrin; Lucy Bailey's Comus at Shakespeare's Globe; and Jack Absolute Flies Again at the National Theatre, a comedy by Richard Bean and Oliver Chris. On TV, he played Fred Johnson in the BBC adaptation of The Outcast, written and adapted for screen by Sadie Jones. Before training, he acted in two plays at the Bristol Old Vic and played Henry in Lord of the Flies at the Open Air Theatre in Regent's Park. He also appeared on screen as the recurring character Steven O'Connell in the BBC series Doctors.
