Levola S. Taylor
Levola S. Taylor is an American politician from South Carolina. A Democrat, she served in the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 70th district from 1991 to 1992. She was preceded by James Faber and succeeded by Joseph Neal. After Neal’s death in February 2017, Taylor was among several Democrats who filed to run in a special election to fill the seat; Wendy Brawley ultimately won the nomination and the election. In 2016, Taylor was among African American women who endorsed Hillary Clinton for president.
