Lyubinsky single-member constituency

The Lyubinsky constituency (No. 141) is a Russian State Duma electoral district in Omsk Oblast. It covers the north‑western part of Omsk Oblast, mainly the rural northern two‑thirds of the region, and includes parts of the city of Omsk.

Voter count: 469,774 (2021). The seat is held by Oksana Fadina of United Russia, who has served since 2021 after winning the seat and succeeding two-term incumbent Andrey Golushko. Fadina is a former mayor of Omsk.

Districts and areas included (as of 2016–present): Bolsherechensky, Bolsheukovsky, Gorkovsky, Isilkulsky, Kolosovsky, Krutinsky, Lyubinsky, Muromtsevsky, Nazyvayevsky, Nizhneomsky, parts of Omsk (Sovetsky) and Omsk Districts (Chernoluchinsky, Pushkinskoye), Sargatsky, Sedelnikovsky, Tarsky, Tevrizsky, Tyukalinsky, Ust-Ishimsky, Znamensky.

Constituency history:
- 1993–1995: Bolsherechye constituency covered a broad area across rural northern, central, and parts of southern Omsk Oblast, including towns like Isilkul, Nazyvayevsk, Tara, and Tyukalinsk.
- 1995–2007: Bolsherechye constituency remained, with borders adjusted to include Kormilovsky District after 1995 redistricting.
- 2016–present: The current Lyubinsky constituency was created, focusing on northern and central Omsk Oblast. It lost the southwest to Moskalenki and the southeast to Omsk, but gained Sovetsky City District and its north‑west suburbs of Omsk from the former Central constituency.
