The Wai is a shopping centre in Tai Wai, Hong Kong. It opened on 22 July 2023 and is owned and run by MTR Corporation, making it the third largest mall in eastern New Territories. The mall sits under the Pavilia Farm estate and is connected to Tai Wai station.

The Wai has four floors and about 650,000 square feet of space. It includes a 50,000-square-foot outdoor green area, an indoor car park with 390 spaces, and the largest bicycle parking lot in Hong Kong with 330 spaces. There are around 150 shops; notable tenants include a large Market Place supermarket (over 20,000 square feet) and Emperor Cinemas Plus+, Tai Wai’s only cinema, with six screens and 912 seats.

The centre also features 18 electric vehicle charging stations and solar power facilities. It is linked by three footbridges to nearby areas, including Festival City, and sits above a public transport interchange with many buses, minibuses, and a taxi stand. It connects to Tai Wai MTR station exits B, and exit H links to the mall’s third floor.

Before it was built, a footbridge branch was planned for demolition, which would have lengthened the walk to reach the bridge. The plan caused protests, and demolition occurred between 2022 and August 2023.

On 24 July 2023, the third day of the mall’s opening, a 64-year-old woman was attacked by two people; she was injured, and the suspects escaped and have not been arrested.
