Les Ulmes is a small commune in western France, in the Maine-et-Loire department of the Pays de la Loire region. It is in the Saumur arrondissement, near Doué-en-Anjou. The commune covers about 18 square kilometers and sits between 39 and 97 meters above sea level. About 544 people lived there in 2023. The residents are called Ulmois (men) and Ulmoise (women). A notable site is the Pierre couverte du Mousseau dolmen.

The mayor for 2020–2026 is Didier Guillaume. Les Ulmes is part of the Saumur Val de Loire intercommunal community. The postal code is 49359 and the INSEE code is 49700. Time zone is Central European Time (UTC+1) and in summer Central European Summer Time (UTC+2).
