Leili Pärnpuu (30 January 1950 – 5 February 2022) was an Estonian chess player. She won the Estonian Women's Chess Championship five times (1975, 1979, 1980, 1986, 1990). She earned the title of Woman International Master in 1990 and reached a peak rating of 2290 in January 1998. She represented Estonia in the Soviet Team Chess Championship in 1981, 1983 and 1985 and played for Estonia in several Chess Olympiads. By profession, she was an economist, and in the 1990s she worked for the Police and Border Guard Board of Estonia.
