Le Falgoux
Le Falgoux is a small commune in the Cantal department in south-central France. It sits at the foot of the Puy Mary in the Auvergne volcano park, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
The area covers about 130 square kilometers and has around 113 residents (as of 2023). The land is high, with elevations from 813 to 1,780 meters above sea level.
The current mayor is Louis Chambon (2020–2026). Le Falgoux is part of the Pays de Salers intercommunalité. The postal code is 15380 and the INSEE code is 15066.
