Lance Ronald Eads (born August 5, 1968) is an American Republican politician from Arkansas. He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives for the 88th district from 2015 to 2017 and in the Arkansas Senate for the 7th district from 2017 to 2021.

Raised in Prairie Grove, he earned a BS in Education from Ouachita Baptist University. He worked as a branch manager at Staffmark from 1993 to 2003 and as a business development officer for 66 Federal Credit Union from 2003 to 2010. He also served as a justice of the peace for Washington County and was vice president of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce for government affairs from 2010 to 2021. In the Senate, he chaired the Joint Energy Committee and the Senate Rules, Resolutions and Memorials Committee. He resigned in 2021 to become a consultant with Capitol Consulting Firm in Little Rock.
