Lake Dudley Kelly (October 3, 1933 – March 5, 2009) was an American college basketball coach. He was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky.

As a player, Kelly was a forward at Georgia Tech from 1952 to 1956.

As a coach, he led college teams including the Austin Peay Governors and the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles. He was head coach at Austin Peay from 1971 to 1977 and at Oral Roberts from 1977 to 1979. He later worked as a school administrator in Fleming County, Kentucky. His career record as a head coach was 219 wins and 146 losses.

Kelly won three Ohio Valley Conference regular-season titles (1973, 1974, 1977) and was named the Ohio Valley Conference Coach of the Year in 1973.

He passed away on March 5, 2009, in Flemingsburg, Kentucky.
