Rebeka Rouf (born Rabeya on March 11, 1971) is a Bangladeshi film actress from Shibchar, Madaripur in the Dhaka division. She started as a child artist in 1985 with the film Rajbodhu, directed by Ibne Mizan. Her name was changed from Rabeya to Rebeka by the late director Shibli Sadiq.

Her first lead role came in 1990 with Arjan, directed by Shibli Sadik, opposite Mithun and alongside Anju Ghosh and Kabita. Over the years she acted in many films, including Chander Alo, Ma Mati Desh, Andolon, and Moynamotir Songshar (with her husband). She later began taking mother roles, starting with Chorom Protishodh as Rubel's mother. She also appeared in films such as Dulna, Dangshan, Somman, Ochena, and Traas, and in TV dramas.

Rebeka is married to actor Farhad Rouf since June 17, 1997, and they have two children, Fardin Rouf and Raka Rouf. She has also worked in stage plays like Beder Meye Josna and Kashem Malar Prem.
