LaBarque Creek is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is in the northwest part of the county and is named after LaBarque Creek, a tributary of the Meramec River.

The community sits along Missouri Route F, about 3 miles northwest of Byrnesville on Big River, 5 miles southwest of Eureka on Interstate 44, and about 33 miles southwest of downtown St. Louis.

As of 2020, LaBarque Creek has a population of 1,658 and a density of about 94 people per square mile. The total area is about 17.64 square miles, of which 17.57 square miles is land and 0.07 square miles is water.
