L for Love is a Polish soap opera about the multi-generational Mostowiak family. In Polish, the show is called M jak miłość. It was created by Ryszard Chutkowski and written by Ilona Łepkowska, who is the head writer. The cast includes Teresa Lipowska, Małgorzata Pieńkowska, Dominika Ostałowska, Rafał Mroczek, Marcin Mroczek, Katarzyna Cichopek and Anna Mucha.

The series has more than 1,922 episodes plus 5 special episodes as of March 31, 2026, with each episode about 42 minutes long. It premiered on November 4, 2000 on TVP2. It started as a weekly drama, later moved to a new timeslot and expanded to two or three episodes per week. In recent years it has been one of the most watched dramas on Polish television. Its popularity led to a Russian adaptation titled Love Is Love (Lyubov kak Lyubov), which aired in 2004–2021.
