Kuhigan-e Bala
Kuhigan-e Bala is a small village in Damen Rural District, in the Central District of Iranshahr County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran. It is also known as Kūhegān, Kūhegān-e Bālā, and Kūhīkān. At the 2006 census, 196 people lived there in 46 families. The village uses Iran Standard Time (UTC+3:30) and Iran Daylight Time (UTC+4:30) in summer.
