Kosmos 2394 is a Russian military satellite from 2002, part of the GLONASS navigation system, also known as Uragan, and designated Uragan No. 791. It was launched with Kosmos 2395 and 2396 on December 25, 2002, from Baikonur Cosmodrome Site 81/23 using a Proton-K rocket with a Blok DM-2 upper stage. The three satellites were placed into Medium Earth Orbit. Kosmos 2394 received its designation Kosmos 2394 and the international designator 2002-060A, with the United States Space Command catalog number 27617. It occupied the third orbital plane, in slot 22, and is no longer part of the GLONASS constellation.
